Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional engagement interest, optional scope description, and message content
- Email and phone: correspondence you initiate
- Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) if enabled by our host
- Cookies: see our cookies policy for essential and optional analytics cookies
We do not ask for passwords, private keys, or payment card numbers through the public contact form.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver engagements, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. Lawful bases include performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or tax record. Engagement files that contain personal data are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to seven years afterward where accounting or legal duties apply, then deleted or anonymised.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by Taiwanese law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards and assess whether the transfer is necessary for the inquiry or engagement you requested.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. Children
This site and our consulting services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting ongoing processing will be communicated when required.
