A structured read of your iOS, Android, or cross-platform repository — architecture, dependencies, tests, and maintainability risks before they become release blockers.
Who this is for
Product companies and agencies that maintain a live mobile app and need an outside assessment of the codebase’s health — often after a contractor handover, a failed release, or before a funding round that will fund heavier feature work.
What you receive
- A written audit memo organised by severity, with file and module references you can open in the IDE
- Notes on module boundaries, dependency age, build reproducibility, and test hotspots
- A recommended order of remediation for the next one to two release cycles
- A 90-minute walkthrough with your engineering lead (or full team) to answer questions
What is included
Repository access review for the platforms you nominate (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, or similar). We reproduce your documented build path where credentials allow. We sample critical user journeys in debug or staging builds when you provide accounts.
What is excluded
Feature development, full security penetration testing, App Store / Play Console account recovery, and rewriting modules. Those may be discussed as separate work after the audit.
How we work
- Intake — platforms, release window, known pain points, and access method (read-only preferred).
- Deep read — structure, shared kernels, networking layers, state management, CI scripts, and store-facing configs.
- Draft findings — severity-ranked issues with evidence.
- Walkthrough — you challenge assumptions; we revise wording where needed.
- Final memo — PDF/Markdown delivery plus a short appendix of open questions.
Duration & location
Most single-app audits complete in five to ten working days once access is stable. Delivery is remote by default. Teams based in central Taiwan may book an optional on-site reading day at our Taichung office.
Preparation
Provide build instructions that a new hire could follow, a list of known brittle areas, and a named contact who can answer repository questions within one business day.
Pricing basis
Starting from NT$68,000 for a focused single-platform read. Dual-platform native apps, large monorepos, and heavy native plugin surfaces are quoted after a short scoping call.
