Release Readiness Review
A pre-submit review of crash risk, permissions, signing, store metadata honesty, and the practical checklist your team needs before pressing Submit.
Purpose
When the feature freeze is near and marketing already printed the launch date, this review concentrates on whether the build in hand is honest, signable, and unlikely to fail basic store checks or first-week stability.
Scope highlights
- Release certificates, profiles, and Play signing alignment
- Permission justifications versus actual feature use
- Crash and ANR hotspots visible in recent builds or crash tooling you share
- Changelog accuracy versus merged work
- A go / conditional-go / wait recommendation with plain reasons
Deliverable
A short readiness brief (typically eight to fifteen pages) plus a checklist your release owner can tick on submission day.
Not a substitute for
Full QA cycles, marketing asset production, or legal review of privacy disclosures — though we will flag gaps we notice in those areas.
