Terms governing use of the Toolkit Brook website and consulting engagements.

Acceptance
By accessing toolkitbrook.click or engaging Toolkit Brook for consulting work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission services.
Services described
Pages describing audits, reviews, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work by email or signed document. Prices on the site are guidance, not an offer of sale through checkout.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text and design, is owned by Toolkit Brook unless otherwise noted. Audit memos and readiness briefs delivered under an engagement become the client’s property upon full payment, except that Toolkit Brook retains the right to reuse anonymised methods and checklists that do not disclose client code or confidential facts.
Client source code, credentials, and non-public product plans remain the client’s property. We access them only as needed to perform the engagement and do not claim ownership.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an engagement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (TW), Toolkit Brook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from decisions made after reading an audit or readiness brief. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or personal injury where applicable).
Findings reflect the repository state and information available during the review window. They are professional opinions, not guarantees of store approval, security, or uninterrupted operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taichung, Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
